Now he is Deputy Dean of the School of Information Science and Engineering of Shandong University, and Deputy Director of the Postgraduate Education and Teaching Steering Committee of Shandong University,Director of the Digital Signal Processing (DSPs) Laboratory of Shandong University-Texas Instruments (TI),Senior Member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, IEEE Senior Member,Editor,AssociateEditor of International Journal of Digital Crime and Forensics (IJDCF).He is on theEditorial boardsof "Journal of Electronics and Information", "Data Acquisition and Processing" and "Journal of Shandong University".He is the winner of the "New Century Excellent Talent Support Program" of the Ministry of Education, leader of the excellent innovation team of Jinan City, and speciallyappointed professor of Hisense Digital Multimedia Technology State Key Laboratory.

His current research directions include space-time signal processing technology for wireless communication, theory and application of intelligent signal processing, multimedia communication and network transmission technology.He has presided over a number of topics including the National Key R & D Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Cultivation Fund Project of Major Scientific and Technological Innovation Projects in Universities, and the Major Innovation Projects in Shandong Province.He has published more than 200 academic papers in core journals or important academic conferences at home and abroadand won multiple awards and invention patents.
