The brain science team of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, together with the Computer Science team of The University of Sydney, published important results in the interdisciplinary field
The brain science team of Qilu Hospital, Shandong University, coupled With the computer science team of The University of Sydney, published an article entitled "Identification of lncRNA Signature Associated With pan-cancer Prognosis" in the IEEEJournal of Biomedical and Health Informatics (IF=5.2, JCR Q1). Li Xingang and Wang Jian from Qilu Hospital of Shandong University and Professor Wang Xiuying from The University of Sydney are the corresponding authors of the paper. Bao Guoqing from the School of Computer Science of the University of Sydney and Xu Ran, a doctoral candidate graduated from Qilu Hospital in 2019, are the co-first authors.
